1. Synthetic data only

Every card number, profile, address, phone number, document and any other value produced by PAYATE tools is randomly generated and completely synthetic. It does not belong to any real person, is not linked to any real bank account, and holds no funds. Generated card numbers only follow public number-format rules (such as the Luhn checksum); they are not issued by any bank and cannot be used to pay for anything.

IMPORTANT: Any resemblance between generated data and a real card, person or account is purely coincidental. The numbers carry no valid expiry date, cardholder name or CVV that belongs to anyone.

2. For testing and education only

PAYATE is provided for lawful purposes only: software development, quality-assurance testing of payment and sign-up flows, data-format validation, prototyping, and education (for example learning how the Luhn algorithm works). The tools are aimed at developers, testers and merchants working in a sandbox environment.

3. No unlawful use

You must not use PAYATE or anything it produces for fraud, unauthorised transactions, testing stolen data, bypassing free trials, or any other illegal activity.

USING SYNTHETIC OR FAKE CARD INFORMATION TO COMMIT FRAUD IS ILLEGAL. PAYATE does not support or condone misuse of its tools and will cooperate with law enforcement where required. You are solely responsible for how you use the tools.

4. No affiliation

PAYATE is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, Google, or any bank or card network. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. PAYATE does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAYATE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools.
