How to use the invoice generator

What is this invoice generator?
It is a free tool that lets you build a professional invoice and download it as a clean A4 PDF. Fill in your business details, the client, line items, tax and discount, and a formatted invoice is produced instantly — no sign-up, no watermark.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The invoice is built and the PDF is generated entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server and nothing is stored. When you close the tab, the data is gone. It is safe for confidential billing details.
How are the totals calculated?
Each line total is quantity × unit price. The subtotal is the sum of all line totals. Tax is a percentage of the subtotal (after any discount), the discount is subtracted, and the grand total is subtotal minus discount plus tax.
Can I add as many items as I need?
Yes. Use Add item to insert a new row for each product or service, and remove any row you do not need. Empty rows and zero values are handled gracefully and simply contribute nothing to the totals.
What currency does it use?
Any. Enter the currency symbol you want — such as $, €, £ or a currency code — and it is applied to every amount on the invoice and the PDF. All money values are formatted to two decimal places.
Is it really free?
Yes, completely free with no limits, no account and no watermark on the PDF. You can create and download as many invoices as you like.
