Frequently asked questions
How do I convert images to a PDF?
Pick or drag in one or more images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and more), arrange them in the order you want, choose a page size and margin, then press Create PDF. Each image becomes one page and the finished PDF downloads straight to your device.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. The whole conversion runs entirely in your browser using pdf-lib — your images are never uploaded to any server and nothing is stored. It is safe for private photos, scans and documents.
Which image formats are supported?
JPEG and PNG are embedded directly for the best quality. Other formats such as WebP, GIF and BMP are drawn to a canvas and converted to PNG automatically before being placed in the PDF.
Can I reorder or remove images?
Yes. After adding images you get a thumbnail list where you can move any image up or down and remove ones you do not want. The page order in the PDF matches the list order.
What page size and orientation options are there?
You can keep each page the same size as the image, or use standard A4 or Letter pages. Orientation can follow the image automatically or be forced to portrait or landscape, and you can add a small margin or none at all.
Is there a limit on the number of images?
There is no fixed limit, but because everything runs in your browser the practical limit depends on your device memory. A few dozen typical photos work smoothly on most modern phones and computers.
